By creating an account or using FutDraft (the "App"), you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the App.
FutDraft is a competitive football game that offers, among other features: daily challenges against artificial intelligence, competitive 1-on-1 (PvP) matches with a ranking system, a World Cup tournament mode, leagues with periodic promotions and relegations, and a player collection. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, expanded, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time, with or without prior notice, without this giving rise to any right to compensation.
3.1. To use the App's competitive features, you must register an account with a verified email address.
3.2. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account.
3.3. Minimum age: use of the App is intended for people over 13 years old. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to create an account.
3.4. The same person may not maintain more than one active account for the purpose of manipulating the ranking, daily challenges, or any other competitive system.
The following is prohibited: (a) using third-party software, bots, macros, or any automated means to play or alter results; (b) exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the system for personal benefit; (c) harassing, discriminating against, or using offensive language toward other users in usernames or any interaction space; (d) attempting to access other users' accounts or the service's infrastructure without authorization. Non-compliance enables suspension or deletion of the account without a right to a refund for prior purchases.
5.1. FutCoins is a virtual currency for exclusive use within the App, with no real monetary value, no possibility of redemption for cash, and no resale or transfer value between users or outside the App.
5.2. Purchases of FutCoins and other digital content are processed through the App Store (Apple Inc.) or Google Play (Google LLC), depending on the platform used. FutDraft does not process or store card or payment method data: that purchase relationship is governed by the terms of service and refund policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
5.3. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google directly under their own policies; FutDraft does not guarantee or handle refunds itself.
5.4. FutCoins and digital content obtained remain tied to the user account and are lost if the account is deleted for any reason, including suspension for breach of these Terms.
5.5. FutDraft reserves the right to modify prices, amounts granted by rewards (advertising, challenges, etc.), and the availability of FutCoins packages at any time.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob and/or Google AdSense (Google LLC), including rewarded ads that grant FutCoins to the user for watching them in full. These ads are selected and served by Google according to its own privacy and advertising policies. FutDraft does not control the specific content of third-party ads and is not responsible for it. See also our Privacy Policy regarding the use of data for advertising purposes.
All content in the App (code, design, the "FutDraft" brand, illustrations, music and sounds, and any other element) is the property of FutDraft or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Usernames and any other data visible to other players must comply with these Terms. FutDraft reserves the right to modify or remove usernames that infringe third-party rights, are offensive, or violate applicable law.
The Service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against data loss, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
FutDraft may suspend or cancel an account, temporarily or permanently, in the event of breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, manipulation of the competitive system, or by legal requirement, without this giving rise to a right to a refund for purchases already made.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FutDraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or loss of digital content or FutCoins due to causes beyond our direct control (third-party failures, maintenance, force majeure).
Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us first at contacto@futdraft.com.ar describing the issue, to try to resolve it in good faith directly. If no solution is reached within a reasonable timeframe, either party may resort to the corresponding judicial venue as indicated in the Governing law and jurisdiction section.
FutDraft may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified within the App or by email. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction over the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of the user's jurisdiction that may apply on a mandatory basis.
