At FutDraft we take seriously the trust you place in us when you create your account and play. That's why we want to be fully transparent about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

When you register, we store your username, email address, and an encrypted version of your password (using hashing algorithms).
Game data
We record your stats (points, rank), match history, and the team lineups you build during the draft.

For notifications and real-time sync, we may process temporary session identifiers and device tokens.

D. Storage and security

E. Your rights and choices

You may, at any time: access your information from your profile inside the app, correct inaccurate data, and permanently delete your account from the Settings section — this erases your account and associated data from our systems irreversibly. F. Minors

The Service is intended for people over 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you need the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

G. Legal framework and security

We comply with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency in the processing of personal data established by Law No. 25.326 of the Argentine Republic. We apply security practices aligned with industry standards (such as OWASP guidelines for secure web application development), including password encryption, short-lived token authentication, login attempt limiting, and periodic security audits of our systems.
